Monib Stainless guarantees consistent product performance through meticulous manufacturing and thorough testing, catering to the needs of fabricators, engineers, and industrial clients who require reliable welding solutions in challenging environments.
AWS Class ER312 MIG and TIG filler welding wire and rod are intended to weld disproportionate steel and high strength steel. They provide exceptional strength and toughness as well as excellent crack and corrosion resistance. The specific composition of ER312 contains 28-30% chromium and 20-22% nickel. Which improve corrosion resistance and improves weld properties. The alloys high chromium-nickel content allows it to handle high-stress applications and maintain durability in critical conditions. ER312 is commonly used in applications such as construction, shipbuilding and heavy machinery, where a strong and flexible weld is required in addition to imperfect surfaces or complex components.
