Stainless Steel 309H is an austenitic stainless steel alloy offering high resistance against oxidation and has excellent strength up to high elevated temperatures. Typically, it consists of about 24-26% chromium, 12-22% nickel, and balance iron. Material offers good weldability, formability, corrosion resistance, mainly in high temperature environments. Mechanical properties Stainless Steel 309 contains tensile strength of nearly 515 MPa, a yield strength around 205 MPa, and elongation to the breaking point nearly about 40%. It has widely been employed in furnace elements, heat exchangers, and chemical process equipment due to its superior hot resistance and longevity.

Due to excellent corrosion resistance, these sheets are manufactured at very high temperatures. Mechanical properties are improved by that manufacturing process. They are available with thicknesses in range of 3 mm up to 50 mm and width up to 2000 mm for structural and industrial applications.
The cold rolled plates were produced at room temperature with a polish finish. The plates come in various thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm and widths as much as 1500 mm making it very ideal for precision and aesthetic purposes.
These plates offer excellent corrosion resistance and a textured surface for improved grip and slip resistance. They are usually available in thicknesses from 3 mm to 10 mm and dimensions up to 2000 mm x 1000 mm, and are used in flooring and safety applications.
The perforated sheet has strong resistance to corrosion with various hole patterns for functional as well as for aesthetic purposes. Sizes are commonly between 0.5 and 6 mm in thickness, and up to 2000 mm x 1000 mm in dimensions to be used in filtration and ventilation.
These thin sheets give good corrosion resistance and are applied to spacing and levelling accurately. The availability is as thin as 0.1 mm, with up to 1000 mm width. These sheets are of crucial use for aligning machinery and construction work.
Polished plates offer excellent resistance to corrosion with a highly reflective finish through polishing. They have thicknesses in the range of 1-20 mm, and their dimensions could go up to 2000 mm x 1000 mm, commonly being used in decoration and architecture applications.
